The Wyandotte County Bar will be part of the KBA Legislative reception next year – we’re thrilled to be partnering with you.
I’m reaching out on behalf of the KBA Young Lawyers section. We are excited to hold Kansas High School Mock Trial regionals at the Wyandotte County Courthouse on Saturday, February 21. We are looking for volunteer judges to help us create a quality educational experience (and exposure to legal careers) for local Kansas high school Mock Trial teams and would greatly appreciate any assistance with recruiting volunteers to judge the competition. Below are the details:
Volunteer sessions can be broken down into morning, afternoon, or all-day sessions. The hours are as follows:
Saturday, February 21
KC Metro Regionals
Wyandotte County Courthouse
Morning: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Rounds 1 & 2)
Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Rounds 3 & 4)
