Judge Burns authorized the use of new forms beginning Monday March 9th, 2026.
One is the standard Domestic Court Services Order and the other is the order for Effective Co-Parenting Techniques Class (ECT), which is required under local court rule. Both forms are available on the WyCoBar website under Documents>General.
There is now a $10 fee per parent for this class, payable within 30 days of the issued order, prior to attending the class. Fees need to be paid in person at the accounting department on the 3rd floor of the WYCO Courthouse or by mail. The class is still via Zoom only. Please let me know if you have any questions.
